Nupur Talwar’s bail plea rejected

The court has refused the bail application of Dr Nupur Talwar main accused in the Hemraj murder case. She would be kept in Ghaziabad’s Dasan jail. She surrendered herself in the special court on Monday. CBI has taken her into custody after her surrender. Her bail plea was rejected on the request of CBI. The court listened to the arguments of lawyers and evidence submitted by the CBI.

The CBI opposed the the pleas that Nupur should be given any concessions because she was a woman.

It will call it a national tragedy. News reports say that one 126 aboard on the Bhoja Airlines plane have perished. The plane met with this tragic accident because of poor weather. Though the Rescue and relief team had arrived quickly on the scene, but they could not perform their relief work properly because of darkness and bad weather.

It has been raining in Rawalpindi for a couple of days. The airline was informed about the weather condition. It appears that a bolt lightening has struck the plane. Eye witnesses say that the ill-fated plane was on fire before it fell down.

President Zardari had ordered a full enquiry of the incident. In my opinion, the matter will be buried like the case of July 2010 airplane crash, in which 152 people were killed.
